Then in 2007 came Hotelito, a brightly colored take on modern Mexican architecture. In November 2009 it was joined by Ms. Harper’s Rancho Pescadero, a sexy beachside hotel. Most recently, there’s the Guaycura Boutique Hotel and Spa, which was nearing the end of its construction in March. (In addition to a spa and rumored high prices, Guaycura is bringing Todos Santos its first elevator.)”
