It’s fun to think you can set a drink down right on the Tropic of Cancer; the latitude line runs directly through Todos Santos. It’s the first time my husband, Peter, and I have tasted the local herb-based liqueur called Damiana, which was supposedly in the first margarita ever mixed (the Baja answer to triple sec).”
