Once again, Todos Santos will be the meeting place to treat you to a unique culinary experience. Gastrovino will soon arrive in its 2024 edition and here we tell you all the details.
What is Gastrovino Baja Food & Wine Festival?
Gastrovino is a proposal that seeks to showcase Mexican wine and delight everyone’s palates with local gastronomy, in a perfect pairing designed by the best chefs.
This year, 2024 will begin on Friday, November 29 and will culminate on Sunday, December 1, in a three-day journey full of flavor and good atmosphere, always accompanied by music.
One of the special guests this year is chef Javier Plascencia, with his unique proposal of flavors that he will bring from his well-known restaurant Jazamango to the festival.

The welcome toast, which will take place on Friday, will be at our beach club El Faro, where you will enjoy a barbecue in front of the sea, live music and an incredible atmosphere. There you will learn more about the wines of the various Mexican regions and, for an additional cost, you will be able to enjoy the food offered by El Faro’s host Chefs Oscar Ruiz y Juan Pablo López the various chefs.
On Saturday, the festival continues with the Gastro Tour, which will take you to explore the unique flavors of the 4 restaurants of the Guaycura group:
- El Faro, with its ocean views.
- El Mirador, where the mountain scenery is the protagonist.
- Skylounge, a perfect space to admire the sunsets.
- The Garden Café, where the canapés of this experience will be served.
Each stop will offer a sample of the best of its culinary proposal, paired with selected wines to elevate each bite.
The tour will begin at the Oystera Bar, an iconic place to enjoy the best seafood, and will conclude with an after party at the same place, guaranteeing a spectacular closing for the day.
Sunday will be the closing day of the festival, where the cost will cover wine tastings and snacks, and you will get a commemorative glass. In addition, you can enjoy more dishes and participate in the silent auction that will help a cause for the community of Todos Santos.
That same day, you can attend the after party at the Sky Lounge of Guaycura Hotel Boutique, where you will close with a flourish a weekend full of flavors, music and good company.
