Organic herbs and vegetables are grown here in our kitchen garden without the use of pesticides or genetically modified seeds. Every morning our chefs harvest hibiscus flowers, beets, onions, leafy greens, corn and basil, to prepare delicious meals with a sense of place. We cultivate these flavors for your enjoyment and good health, giving our dishes freshness and taste unrivaled in other Todos Santos restaurants.
You can admire nature everyday from El Mirador Ocean View Restaurant: sunsets in Todos Santos take place at around 5PM or 6PM from October to March, and between 7PM and 8PM from April to September. Looking at the sun set behind the sea while the moon rises on top of the mountains is another delicacy that is seasonally served in this venue, especially when there is a full moon. Whales and mantarrays are among our special guests from November to April.
On Sundays, we serve our specialty dishes with fresh ingredients from the sea and our orchards. From 5PM to 8PM you can also listen to live music. Families, friends and couples gather at El Mirador Ocean View Restaurant to celebrate this todosanteñan tradition while enjoying the sea breeze and the best sunsets.
