On July 7 and 8, Guaycura Boutique Hotel Beachclub & Spa hosted the Baja Med Cuisine Festival in Todos Santos, Baja California Sur. 

Chef Miguel Ángel Guerrero, creator of the “Baja Med” cuisine genre, delighted an international crowd with an exquisite fusion of Mediterranean, Mexican and Oriental gastronomy. 

His creations were prepared with fresh ingredients from the local orchards, the contiguous sea and the Baja California peninsula.

This gastronomical experience, that also featured oenologist Camillo Magoni, from Casa Magoni winery, combined the pristine ambience of El Faro Beachclub & Spa with the spectacular views of El Mirador Restaurant.
